BACKGROUND

I was contacted by Secret Flights to produce a promotional video for Nespresso’s upcoming branch at Ben Gurion Airport. The goal was to create an engaging and informative video that introduced travelers to the self-checkout experience, showcased the variety of flavors available—including an exclusive Israeli blend—and highlighted a special promotional code for a free gift upon purchase. The challenge was to make the process feel seamless, inviting, and exciting while maintaining Nespresso’s premium brand identity. The final product was a dynamic and enjoyable video that effectively guided customers through the new store, making it clear how they could enjoy Nespresso’s offerings while traveling. It was a fun and fast-paced project that successfully captured the essence of the brand in a way that was both informative and visually compelling.

The concept had to be clear, engaging, and inviting, ensuring that travelers could understand at a glance how to interact with the new self-service system while capturing the essence of Nespresso’s refined aesthetic. I envisioned a fast-paced, vibrant narrative that mirrored the energy of an airport, while still maintaining the elegance and sophistication associated with the brand.

I started by mapping out the customer journey—how someone walks into the Nespresso corner, browses the flavors, and smoothly checks out using the automated system. I crafted a visual language that felt dynamic yet intuitive, incorporating playful yet polished elements to highlight the different blends, including the exclusive Israeli flavor. The video also had to communicate a special promotional code in a way that felt organic rather than overly sales-driven.

The final product was an energetic and polished piece that seamlessly blended brand storytelling with practical guidance. It was more than just an instructional video; it was a taste of what Nespresso represents—effortless luxury, innovation, and the joy of discovery.
